The Medical Science Academy, is a four-year career technical high school education (CTE) program, that incorporates medical knowledge into general education classes while preparing students for a future career in the medical field. The Academy is targeted towards students who are interested in helping others, especially through the application of sciences. Students must be willing to communicate, work outside of their comfort zone, be dedicated, and represent the academy well.

Within MSA, many students are members of the Valencia HOSA chapter. HOSA- Future Health Professionals, is an international student-led organization that develops leadership, introduces healthcare career opportunities, and strives to enhance quality healthcare for all
